1. As this item is classed as a consumable and due to Covid-19 restrictions this item has a no return condition, unless faulty. If your item is faulty we will contact you to discuss your reimbursement options.
2. Squishmallows are sold as a priority to our in-store customers. With Covid-19 restrictions we understand that not everyone is able to visit us in-store so we have added our squishy friends to the website! If you place an order and the product is no longer available you will be able to choose a different Squishmallow or a store credit. If your would like to ensure that the Squishmallow you are searching for is available prior to ordering please contact us. 
3. Online orders are shipped within 5 business days of your order date. (Please note: there is currently a delay on shipping due to Christmas, New Year and Covid impacts, please allow additional time for shipping to occur.)
